Peggy's Cove Sunset with the Maritime Camera Club
Third times a charm. After having to cancel January and February attempts due to weather, we finally made it to Peggy’s Cove in early March.
Despite slightly above zero temps, this was actually a pretty unpleasant experience due to strong winds. I struggled to focus most of the time and was well reminded why photography’s a bit of a pain in winter when you can’t feel your hands.
I failed to capture much until the sun went down, but once into the blue hour the clouds on the horizon made for a nice backdrop and I found a couple photos I really liked.
